Every time we receive a call on our listings, we have a Realtor experienced in REO sales meet the potential buyers within 24 hours. This ensures that all who are interested in your property will have a chance to see it, increasing the chances of getting top dollar.

We work with 20 regular investor / buyers in the area and remain in constant contact with them.
